Journalism is evolving into new forms every day. Many journalists are looking to the internet for a new way to work. Average citizens can now be the first to post the latest breaking news. Traditional broadcast journalists are just starting to jump into the pool of podcasting. So this is a Barcamp to invite Bloggers, Podcasters, Broadcast Journalists, and Print Journalists together to talk about these subjects.
This barcamp will be a hybrid event. The first day will be a typical preplanned conference talks with speakers and panels. The second day will be the un-conference barcamp style event. We will be using Google Moderator to organize questions for speakers and panels the first day. We will also use it to suggest panels for the second day.
